  1. This Service is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd and its affiliate companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Service.
  2. As a result of you providing us with your data, using your postcode we will send you the most relevant pollen data for your chosen area on a daily basis, via SMS messaging ("the Service"). The pollen data is localised to 54 national geographical areas so pick the area you are in most regularly. You may receive more than one SMS message per day.
  3. You will be able to manage unsubscribes for SMS sent from the sms alerts we send you or by clicking the unsubscribe button on the sign up form. We do not charge for delivery of email or SMS messages. However, please check with your Internet Service Provider and mobile phone network for any charges that you may incur as a result of receiving email and SMS text messages that we deliver to you as part of the service. The service will run from the first day after you submit your details until 1st September 2011 (pollen data will not be available beyond this point).
  4. If you agree to receive additional communications from McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd, this may take the form of newsletters and or emails. Your name and contact information are required, but they will not be used other than to distribute the communication you request. You will be able to unsubscribe from any further communications from McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd using links on the material sent or by contacting Benadryl at www.benadryl.co.uk/contact.
  5. Use of your data will be in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
  6. McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd gives no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the pollen data, and the pollen data is provided on an 'as is' basis. We will not be liable to you or anyone to whom you disclose the pollen data if it is relied upon (but this will not limit or exclude any liability for fraud).

  10. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Service.

Additional terms and conditions for the 'My Location' update service available on the www.benadryl.co.uk web and mobile sites.

  1. This Service is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd and its affiliate companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Service.
  2. As a result of you providing us with your postcode we will show you the most relevant pollen data for your chosen area on the air-raid update service web page. ("The Service"). The pollen data is localised to 54 national geographical areas so pick the area you are in most regularly.
  3. We will not store your postcode in our database once we have provided you with the pollen data but we will retain the postcode in a cookie so that the next time you return to that web page, we will automatically display the alert for your previously chosen area. Please see the Passive Information Collection in our Privacy Policy for further details about how this works.
  4. McNeil Healthcare (UK) Ltd gives no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the pollen data, and the pollen data is provided on an 'as is' basis. We will not store your postcode in our database once we have provided you with the store information but we will retain the postcode in a cookie so that the next time you return to that web page, we will automatically display the details for your previously chosen area.
